Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The LLC Master (the “Service”) and the formation, registered-agent, and related services we provide. By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do

The LLC Master helps you form a U.S. limited liability company and set up related services (such as registered agent, EIN assistance, and bank-account setup support). We prepare and submit filings on your behalf based on the information you provide.

2. Not legal or tax advice

We are a document-preparation and filing service, not a law firm or accounting firm, and we do not provide legal or tax advice. Communications with us are not protected by attorney-client privilege. For legal or tax guidance specific to your situation, consult a licensed professional.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information (including names, addresses, ownership details, and any identifiers needed for filings). You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit; filings made with incorrect information may require corrections at additional cost.

4. Fees and payment

Service fees, government filing fees, and any optional add-ons are shown before checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Government filing fees are pass-through charges set by the state. Registered-agent service, where selected, renews annually at the stated rate until cancelled.

5. Refunds

Government filing fees are non-refundable once a filing has been submitted to the state. Service fees may be refundable before work has begun; contact us and we will work with you in good faith. Annual registered-agent renewals can be cancelled before the next renewal date.

6. Turnaround and outcomes

Processing times depend on the state and factors outside our control. We cannot guarantee a specific approval date or that a chosen company name will be available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is,” and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
