We collect the information you provide to deliver our services, including: your name, email, and phone; business details (proposed company name, state, business field); member/owner details and ownership percentages; address information; and, where you choose to provide it for filings, identifiers such as an SSN/ITIN. Payment details are entered directly with our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.

2. How we use it

We use your information to prepare and submit filings, provide registered-agent and related services, process payments, communicate with you about your order, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share it

We share information only as needed to provide the Service: with government agencies for filings; with our registered-agent and processing partners; and with service providers such as Stripe (payments) and our scheduling and infrastructure vendors. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention & security

We retain records as needed to provide the Service and meet legal and compliance requirements. Sensitive identifiers are handled with restricted access and shown only in masked form in our portals where possible. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
